1Preparation :
2cut apple into quarters
3cut a 1 cm piece of ginger into 1-2 mm thin slices
4peel the lime and cut into half
5cut celery into 1 cm pieces (to avoid the stringy fibers to clog up the pulp outlet)
6cut cucumber into 2-3 pieces
7Instructions :
8Assemble the slow juicer using the juice strainer. Start the machine. Insert the ingredients through the feeding tube. Serve with ice (never put ice cubes into a slow juicer!)
