A mixed juice using vegetables and fruit. High in Vitamin C from apples,strawberry, parsley and orange. Vitamin A from from parsley and carrot. 100 gram of parsley contain 168% and carrot 334% of the daily value of vitamin A.
Parsley is a diuretic and helps to prevent buildup of kidney stone. It is also rich in vitamin B, calcium and iron.
All ingredients are high in antioxidants

Directions
1Clean the apples and cut in quarters
2Wash and peel the carrots and cut in half lengthwise
3Wash cucumbers and cut in half lengthwise
4Peel the orange and cut in half
5Cut the parsley into small pieces to avoid the fibers blocking the pulp outlet
6Assemble the slow juicer using the juice strainer cup
7Start the machine and add the ingredients alternating between soft and hard ingredients
8Serve the juice cold
