Aids in regulating blood pressure and lowering cholesterol levels

Directions
1Cut the cucumbers in half on the long side
2Cut the celery into 1-2 cm pieces (to avoid the stringy fibers in celery to block the pulp outlet)
3Assemble the juicer using the juice strainer. Start the machine. Alternating add cucumbers and celery . Watch the machine processing the ingredients and avoid feeding the ingredients too fast as this will lower the yield and create more pulp in the juice. Serve cold with ice cubes (but never put ice cubes into the slow juicer, it will damage the juicing screw and strainer !)
