Low calorie, low glycemic index food suitable for diabetics and full of anti oxidants

Rich in fiber, folic acid, potassium, magnesium and vitamin C

Potassium helps to lower the blood pressure in people with high blood pressure caused by too much sodium intake

Strawberry also contain the natural anti inflammatory flavonoid component called quercetin

Antioxidants in strawberry include kaempferol and anthocyanins

200 gram of frozen strawberry

A few fresh strawberries for decoration

For decoration:

Cocoa powder

Chia seed



1Separate the frozen strawerries into small lumps

2Assemble the slow juicer using the blank strainer attachment

3Start the machine and insert the frozen strawberries through the feeding tube , add little by little to give the machine time to process the strawberries

4Place the strawberry sorbet in dessert bowls and add honey on top and then decorate with cocoa powder and chia seed
