Ingredients

2 green granny smith apples

1 beet root

7 medium sized carrots

1 orange or 2 tangerines

Directions

1Cut the apples into quarters

2Clean the beet root and cut into smaller pieces

3Peel the carrots and cut into 2-4 pieces length wise

4Peel the orange and cut in quarters

5Assemble the slow juicer using the juice strainer attachment

6Start the machine

7Add the various ingredients

8Serve cool
