A fresh and healthy low calorie desert free of fats and oils

1 ripe mango for the ice cream and some slices of mango for decoration
Fresh strawberries or dark chocolate
1Peel the mango and cut into 6-7 cm pieces. Freeze the pieces separately (to avoid 1 big frozen lump) in a plastic bag or on a plate/bowl.
2Assemble the slow juicer using the blank strainer cup (ice cream strainer). Start the machine. Slowly insert the mango in the feeding tube. Serve with a few pieces of fresh mango and fresh strawberries and/or dark chocolate
