If like a more spicy (and healthy) juice then add a bit more ginger root
Lots of antioxidants from apple, carrot and lime. Vitamin C and A.
The ginger aids in preventing allergy, helps against constipation and
in lowering blood sugar levels.
All ingredients contain nutrients that aids the general up keep of the body
and helps fight free radicals.
2 green apples
2 medium sized carrots
1 cm of fresh ginger root
Juice from 1/2 lime
1Preparation
2Cut the apple in quarters or half
3Peel the carrots and cut in half lengthwise
4Cut the ginger into small thin slices
5Remove the green peel from the lime and cut in half
6Assemble the juicer using the juice strainer
7Start the machine. Alternating add the various ingredients through the feeding tube
8Drink the juice with 1-2 ice cubes
