1/2 Avocado

200-300 ml. of milk

1/2 Peeled green apple

3/4 Lime

1/2 Banana

1/2 Kiwi

1-2 leaves of Kale


1Preparation :

2Cut avocado in half and remove the stone from avocado.

3Peel green apple and cut into quarters

4Cut lime into half and remove the seed.

5Cut banana into 3-4 cm pieces. If you want to make it into an icy smoothie leave in the freezer for about 2-3 hrs before

6Cut kale into 2-3 mm small pieces

7Instructions :

8Assemble the slow juicer with smoothie strainer attachment. Start the juicer. Insert the ingredients into the feeding tube with the milk little by little. Leave the smart cap open while juicing.
