Anti oxidants in the blueberry and mint leaf aids in boosting the immune system and general health

  • Cook: 15 mins
  • Yields: 2 glasses

Ingredients

100-120 gram of frozen blueberries

200-300 ml. milk

5 - 10 mint leaves

Directions

1Take blueberries out from the freezer. Cut the berries into smaller lumps. Do not thaw if you want an icy smoothie.

2Cut mint leaf into 3-4 cm small pieces.

3Assemble the juicer using the smoothie strainer. Start the slow juicer. Insert berries and mint leaves and add milk.

4Use fresh mint leaves for decoration.
